What counts as an active user?
Every active account in the workspace — students, teachers and admins together. The plan covers all of them — there is no user limit.
What if we grow mid-year?
Nothing changes. Users are unlimited, so there are no extra blocks to buy and nothing is added to your invoice.
Are there transaction charges?
Yes — a flat 4% applies to marketplace sales and all payments collected through the platform. Subscription figures are exclusive of 18% GST.
Can we pay in instalments?

What happens to our data if we leave?
