What counts as an active user?
Every active account in the workspace — students, teachers and admins together. The plan covers 1000 of them.
What if we grow mid-year?
Blocks of 100 users are added at ₹1,500, pro-rated to the remaining term and billed on your existing invoice.
Are there transaction charges?
Yes — a flat 4% applies to marketplace sales and all payments collected through the platform. Subscription figures are exclusive of 18% GST.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. No-cost EMI on major cards at checkout, or a half-yearly billing schedule arranged with sales.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Full export of students, fees, content and reports in standard formats, available any time — during or after the term.
